Accessing bangai 1 and 3 with public transportatio

Here's the situation. This year when I walked up to Susaki town(well had to stop somewhat before and hitchhike due to ankle issue) I visited bangai temples 1-5. Unfortunately on first 4 I forgot to get the ball you can later use to make prayer beads.
I would like to get complete set but do I have ever chance to walk the pilgrimage 2nd time? Not sure. I have no quarantees I can even walk the 2nd and 3rd parts of my kugiri nevermind doing whole thing again! So I would like to get these after end of 3rd part after reaching 88.
Walking those is easily some extra week. No time for that so was hoping that after reaching temple 1 again I could use public transportation to do it in ~3-4 days. Idea being hit at least bangai 1 after reaching temple 1 again, next day use train to get close to 2 and then bus to bangai 3 and next day to bangai 4(train) after which head for Mount Koya.
Bit of a bother but on flip side first 3 bangai's were rather splendid so going there again isn't going to make me weep for sorrow Also on temples 1 and 3 I don't mind climbing mountain so no need to go to the compound.
For example on bangai 3 seems Sakamoto-jou(not sure romaji reading. in kanji 坂本上 in Sakamoto town would be perfect bus stop. But from where one gets to go there? Tatsue station is closest train station I think but can one get from there? Or Tokushima station?
Problem is I'm 100% noob with bus in Japan. Is there(Japanese site is okay as I can read Japanese) site like hyperdia for trains that one could put in start and end points which would show schedule and any possible changes?
